The mark consists of an opaque shaded circle designed to look like a chalkboard with various mathematical formulas written on it. In the center is a transparent shaded rectangle with the letters "ITXRE" written in stylized letters. The lower case "I" has a sigma over it instead of a dot tittle. The "X" and "E" are lower case and superscript above the "T" and "R", respectively, like an exponent in a math formula.
