The mark consists of the word "Numiere" with the capital N appearing three dimensional through the use of a curved line creating the "N" and then on the top right of the N the line curves slightly to the right and down, then backup and slightly to the left curving under the original line where it curves to connect to the middle of the "N" and then the words "Where beauty meets science" in thinner smaller lettering beginning directly under the "u" in Numiere and continuing to just under the "e" in "Numiere".
