The mark consists of a plant leaf with five large blades and two small blades and a stem at the bottom, the words "HEMP INK" written horizontally in a stylized fashion below the leaf and filled in with a metallic diamond-like pattern, a curved extension of the "H" extending to the left and down from the left side of the "H" and back below the "H" and filled in with a metallic diamond-like pattern, an elongated diamond-like shape above the middle of the "H" and within the spacing of the "H" and filled in with a metallic diamond-like pattern, and ink dripping down from the bottom edges of the leaf and primarily behind the words "Hemp Ink" and partially covering the "M" and "N".
