The mark consists of red rectangular background with three small stylized orange palm trees in the center. Surrounding the palm trees is an orange diagonal ellipse pointing towards the right, which is intersected by a diagonal ellipse pointing towards the left, which is formed by many white and gray dots. Numerous white dots are dispersed on the outside of the upper left side of the orange ellipse, and numerous white and gray dots are dispersed on the lower right side of the orange ellipse.
