The mark consists of an uppercase white "R" inside an otherwise red circle, where the top of the "R's" curve does not meet the top of the vertical stroke, but the bottom of the curve intersects and crosses the middle of the vertical stroke, to resemble a cross, and the finishing stroke of the "R" extends to the right to meet the edge of the circle.
