Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration which is inset into an automotive battery, comprised of four irregular polygonal shapes and horizontal lines across each shape. On the end of the battery, two shapes are inverses of one another. On the side of the battery, two shapes are similar to rectangles, one larger than the other. The drawing shows a perspective view of one end and one side of an automotive battery. The broken lines are intended only to show the position of the mark and do not form part of the mark.
Color Claim
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
