                                        The mark consists of a partially rounded aggregate shape that generally resembles an upwardly facing stemless wine glass and defines four regions each abutting at least one other region of the four regions, including (1) a first, lowermost region having an upwardly-facing arcuate shape defining a trough bounded between a rounded left shoulder and a pointed right shoulder at a level below the left shoulder, (2) a second, medial region abutting the trough of the first region and including upward-arcing lower and downward-arcing upper boundaries, with a rightmost point of the second region contacting a right edge of the aggregate shape, (3) a third, upper medial region abutting the rounded left shoulder of the first region and abutting the upper boundary of the second region and right upper portion of the second region, and having four curved boundaries including a longest upper curved boundary, two downwardly-facing curved lower boundaries meeting at a junction between the first and second regions, and a right curved boundary along a right edge of the aggregate shape, and (4) a fourth, upper right region abutting a right upper portion of the third region forming a downwardly-facing arc resembling a horizontal teardrop shape with a medial apex, wherein a downwardly pointing trough is provided along a medial upper portion of the aggregate shape between an upper boundary of the fourth region, and a left portion of the upper boundary of the third region.
