The mark consists of a stylized trunk of a tree forming a stylized letter "S" with stylized branches and leaves extending from each side of the upper half of the trunk appearing within an inner circle surrounded by four circular bands, and the words "Sycamore" and "Eldercare" in upper case letters appearing in the upper and lower sections of the third band respectively, separated by two dots at the mid-point on each side of the band.
