The mark consists of the words "MONEY DIVERS" written in a stylized manner. Directly under "MONEY DIVERS" are the words "WEALTH SOCIETY" written in all capital letters. Under "WEALTH SOCIETY" are the words "EST." and "2012". Between "EST." and "2012" is a rectangle with the longer side being vertical. Inside of the rectangle is a large centered "MD". At the top right corner is "2012". At the bottom of the rectangle the numbers "82 83 84" are centered directly under "MD" this completes the 3rd line. Under this is the word "WORLDWIDE" in all caps and written in a semi-circle.
