The mark consists of the word "pair" appears in all small case letters above the word "DOMAINS" in all capital letters such that the letters in "pair" are larger and cover the same length that "DOMAINS" covers; the stem of "p" in "pair" drops so that it ends even with the bottom of the "D" in "DOMAINS"; adjacent to and to the immediate left of "pair" and "DOMAINS" are two circular arrows, narrower at the tail then the head, each arrow head pointing to the tail of the other arrow, both arrows encircling the letters "p" and "d" and the letters "p" and "d" slightly overlapping at the circular portion of each letter and the stems of each letter extending down and up, respectively making a vertical space between an arrow tail and the an arrow head.
