The mark includes the overall size and shape of the pistol relative proportions of the accents and Features of the pistol, including (1) the overall curved and multi-angular outside circumference of the frame of the pistol, beginning at the top-front portion of the frame where the frame meets the bottom-front portion of the slide, and continuing along the outside circumference of the frame rearward, and terminating at the top-rear portion of the frame, where the frame meets the bottom-rear portion of the slide; (2) the angle and shape of the vertical grip portion of the frame in relation to the slide, to include the sinuously curved rear side of the grip portion; (3) the relative size and shape of the trigger guard in relation to the overall shape of the frame, to include the sinuous and angled outside ircumference of the trigger guard, and the protruding, pointed bottom-front corner of the trigger guard; (4) the overall size and shape of the takedown lever located along the top portion of the frame above the trigger; (5) the overall size and shape of the decocking lever located on the frame in front of the grip area and above the magazine release; (6) the overall size and shape of the slide catch lever located along the top portion of the frame above the grip area; (7) the overall shape and size of the magazine release button located on the grip portion of the frame rearward of the trigger; (8) the length, depth, and shape of the relief cuts on the sides of the slide, to include the overall chamfered "rabbet" shape of the front half portion of the slide; (9) the angle, shape, size, and separation of the lines and ridges on the slide (slide serrations); and (10) the overall sinuous and bulbous size and shape of the exposed portion of the hammer. The items not claimed as part of the mark are the grips, hammer, front and rear sights, trigger, the exposed portion of an inserted magazine, the visible portion of the barrel's front end, the visible portion of the barrel's breech end, the extractor, the visible portion of the recoil spring's front end, the serrations on the front portion of the trigger guard, the serrations on the front portion of the grip section of the frame, the lanyard hole, and holes for the placement of functional pins.
