The mark consists of a shaded circle in the approximate center of an upright rectangle with three round corners and a diagonal cut-out on the lower left corner, with one irregular geometric design roughly resembling one half of a snow-covered volcanic mountain partly covering the lower right portion of the circle. There is another irregular geometric shape roughly resembling a letter H on its side below the circle on the left and another on the right that has been bisected at the center line.
