The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a fuel pump, specifically comprising a cylindrical housing supported on a flattened base with fourteen similarly sized grooves extending radially into the housing and extending along the length of the housing to form twelve similarly sized ridges extending in equally spaced relation and longitudinally across the cylindrical housing, with six of the similarly sized ridges formed on either side of a wider flattened ridge extending across the side of the housing opposite the base.
