Design Mark
The mark consists of a rectangle with a parchment like surface, the word "RINGSIDE" appears at the top of the rectangle in large bold capital letters, and underneath "RINGSIDE" appears the word "VINEYARDS" in slightly smaller bold capital letters with a star on each end of the word, underneath "VINEYARDS" is a thin solid line extending the length of "RINGSIDE" and underneath the line is the word "PRESENTS" in smaller cursive letters with a capital "P", below "PRESENTS" is a large oval containing an artist's rendering of two pugilists in a ring engaged in a boxing match in front of a crowd.
