Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional canopy for vehicle fuel dispensing service pumps. As shown in the drawing: the canopy has an overall rectangular shaped horizontal perimeter and features two canopy structures combined to create one overall structural design; one portion of the canopy overlaps with the other side of the canopy in the middle of structure; the canopy has a curved shape with the middle of the canopy containing the uppermost portion of the curvature; the roof of the canopy has equidistant curved straight seams throughout the curved portion of the structure; and the matter depicted in broken or dotted lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
