The mark consists of a red background, with a yellow rectangular shape with curved top in the middle of red background that has a border of a thick black line and smaller white line. In the middle of the yellow shape is the top of a Chicken's head that is yellow with red feathers; superimposed over the chicken head is a darker red background that is darker red on the right half with the wording "CLOCK - IN FOOD" in white lettering, with the wording "REAL AMERICAN SPICES" and "ORIGINAL AMERICAN TASTE" in smaller yellow lettering below.
