Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of the word "AQUAOLIVE" with the "O" stylized and slightly larger than the remaining text. The interior of the "O" is half filled with water and bubbles. The internal shape of the "O" resembles the shape of an oval with the long axis in the vertical dimension. Additionally, there is a smaller dark oval toward the top of the inside of the "O", with the long axis of this oval residing horizontally. This oval is meant to resemble the pit of an olive. Externally, the "O" has a pair of horns, with one horn on each side. In addition to the "AQUAOLIVE" text, there is also an incorporated caricature residing above the text. This caricature resembles a small man or creature having arms, legs, a face, and horns. The shape of the caricature resembles the shape of a kidney bean. This caricature is wearing a polka dot inner-tube around his waist, a pair of swim fins on its feet, and a buoyancy float on each arm. The caricature is also holding a swimming snorkel in its right hand. A pimento is partially visible on the top of the caricature's head. The face of the caricature contains a set of eyes, a sly smile and a goatee.
