The mark consists of Pennant-style triangular flag separated into three sections by two parallel diagonal lines, with the first line beginning at the approximate center of the flag's left edge and traveling vertically to the flag's upper edge at a near 45-degree angle to form, in the upper left corner, a small shaded triangle with sides of similar lengths; the second line beginning in the lower left corner of the flag and traveling parallel to the first line to form, in the lower right corner, a larger, more lightly-shaded scalene triangle; between the parallel lines is an unshaded trapezoid, in the center of which is a star with five points, in the same shade as the upper left triangle.
