The mark consists of a seal consisting of a black circle with an inner black circle border with the black wording "MONTAGNARD" at the top and "FEDERATION, INC" at the bottom. There are fleur-de-lis in shades of black and white along the border of the circle in between the wording "MONTAGNARD" and "FEDERATION, INC." In the circle is a blue circle. In the blue circle are three yellow and black birds (an eagle, peacock, and phoenix) that combine forces to become one invincible creature with six wings. Above the birds is a stylized yellow sun with two arcs underneath and rays coming out towards the creature. Underneath and to the right and left of the creature are arcs of leaves. Underneath the creature and at the bottom of the blue circle is a yellow and black banner containing the words "AMARE WB PACEM". The color white is background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
