The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a three-piece smart phone case comprised of a soft cover and a hard frame, in two pieces, that fit together over a smart phone. The soft cover is made of translucent or transparent material to show the phone underneath and is fitted to the size of the phone and has recessed areas at the sides and back to accommodate the hard frame. The soft cover and hard frame are of different tones, so that when the cover and frame are fit together, they form a two-toned band around the front edges of the phone. The soft cover is exposed and creates a band across the lower portion of the back of the phone where the two pieces of the hard frame are separated. The lower portion of the case can be opened to reveal a card storage compartment. The buttons are formed on the soft cover and are framed by the hard frame. The hard frame and soft cover have cutouts for the phone's camera and openings for attachments such as a charger, which elements are shown in dotted lines and are not claimed as features of the mark.
