Plural equal sized and spaced apart white circles bordered in blue are oriented in front of the upper edge of the white oval and in each circle a red letter appears, "L" in the leftmost circle, "I" in the next circle to the right, "F" in the next circle to the right and "E" in the rightmost circle.
