The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a stylized two-piece smart phone case comprised of a soft cover and a hard frame. The drawings illustrate a transparent or translucent soft cover, which makes a smart phone visible through the soft cover. The soft cover is fitted to the size of the phone and has recessed areas at the sides to accommodate the hard frame. The hard frame is smaller in size than the soft cover, such that when the frame is placed over the cover, the top and bottom portion of the back of the phone are visible through the transparent or translucent soft cover. The hard frame has a different tone from the soft cover so that when the cover and frame are fitted together, they form a two-toned band at the side edges of the phone, with the edges around the top and bottom of the phone shown in a single tone.
