The mark consists of a stylized rectangle having a background that fades from scarlet red at the top to blood red at the bottom. Inside the rectangle are the block upper-case white letters "F" and "T" with a white circle extending from the lower white horizontal bar of the white letter "F" one-quarter of the way across the vertical white bar of the letter "T", with two complete concentric circles inside the white circle using light gray for the upper two-fifths of the circle immediately within the white circle and darker gray for the lower three-fifths of the circle immediately within the white circle, and with a thin white interior circle within the gray circle, and a pink horseshoe with a thin white border, which is separated from the white interior circle by a blood red background with darker shading on its outer regions and cardinal red separating the pink horseshoe with its white border from an interior letter "F" in gray and outlined in white, the right extremity of the concentric circles extending within the vertical bar of the white block letter "T", but separated from it by a blood red line. To the right of the block letter "T" is the design of the back of a white left hand with red lines on the top two knuckles of the middle and index fingers. The knuckles of the ring finger and the smallest finger are folded away from view and the middle and index fingers are extended such that they form the letter "V" and the tip of the middle finger covers the top right portion of the letter "T", with gray shading on the letter "T" immediately to the left of the fingertip. Darker blood red shading appears below and to the left of the external portions of the letters "F" and "T" as well as the outer circle between them and the hand on the right side. The color black shown on the mark represents transparent background areas and is not part of the mark.
