Design Mark
The mark consists of a 3-dimensional configuration of a stylized smart phone case comprised of a soft cover and a hard frame. The drawings illustrate transparent or translucent soft cover, which makes a smart phone visible through the soft cover, and how the soft cover and the hard frame are assembled together to provide a two toned band of the soft cover and hard frame as shown in solid lines. The dotted lines are used to show elements of the design that are not claimed features of the mark which include all buttons, camera hole and spaced apertures at the bottom of the soft cover, recesses of the hard frame for the buttons, and the electronic device.
