The mark consists of a shape of a toothpick, with all the brushes arranged in rhombus shape, shown perpendicular on a longitudinal rod, with the first seven transverse brushes starting from the tip of the rod and becoming gradually longer, with the seventh transverse brush being the longest transverse brush, followed by the eighth to eleventh transverse brushes becoming gradually shorter, with the ratio of the first six transverse brushes and the last four transverse brushes being 6:4.
