The mark consists of a first single structure having an inverted "V" continuously attached to two parallel lines that are each vertically disposed on the immediate right of the inverted "V". Within the two parallel lines and proximal a bottom edge of the first single structure is the equal (=) symbol. Immediately next to the first single structure on the right is the word "ONE" descending vertically from top to bottom.
