The mark consists of a stylized depiction of a male humanoid wizard. The wizard wears a hat with a folded point. The hat contains a repeating black and white tooth design with a white stippled background. The bill of the hat is green with a black line at the top and contains the words "DELTA DENTAL" in white capital letters. The wizard wears a green tunic with a white cloak with black lines on either side of it running all the way down, and a green belt with a white buckle all outlined in black. The center of the cloak contains a white tooth outlined in black and interlocking green and black toothbrush design with a white stippled background. Four teeth appear in the lower part of the cloak in white outlined in black. The sleeves of the tunic have a repeating white tooth design outlined in black with a white stippled background.
