On the shield are three arrows crossed over each other, pointing upward, with a banner across the center of the arrows, bearing the stylized word "EXCELSIOR". The word "MONARCHS" and the shield are superimposed over a hexagonal polygon, below two sets of concentric circles touching each other, with three small leaves to the left and right of the circles. Inside the circles on the left are the stylized words "PREMIUM FINISH" and inside the circles on the right are the stylized words "CASINO QUALITY". In the center of the circles on the left are the numbers "909" and in the center of the circles on the right is the letter and number "Q1". Under the concentric circles is the stylized word "EXIMIUS". The hexagonal polygon is centered over a rectangle with a repeating pattern of small diamonds with a dot inside each diamond. To the left and right of the rectangle are five vertical lines within a rectangle. In the four corners of the mark are curved arch-like designs with a squared corner outside of the curves. Connecting the right and left arch-like designs at the right and left corners at the top and bottom of the mark are rectangles containing small vertical lines, and a rope-like horizontal line.
