The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging for the goods consisting of a silver label with black, gold, and silver horizontal stripes, a silver square with rounded sides at the center, a gold border around the square, and curved black lines with gold borders at the top and bottom of the square. A black stripe appears at the very top of the can, followed by a thin gold stripe, a silver stripe divided by the black curved line at the top of the square, six thin gold stripes and five black stripes alternating on either side of the square, another silver stripe divided by the curved black line at the bottom of the square, three more thin gold stripes alternating with three more black stripes, and a thick silver stripe at the bottom of the can. A solid gold oval, outlined by a broken gold oval, appears in front of the three black lines at the bottom of the can. The matter shown in broken lines, consisting of the outline of the shape of the can and the cap on top of the can, is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position of the mark.
