The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging for the goods consisting of a white label with green, silver, and white horizontal stripes, a white square with rounded sides at the center, a silver border around the square, and curved green lines with silver borders at the top and bottom of the square. A green stripe appears at the very top of the can, followed by a thin silver stripe, a white stripe divided by the green curved line at the top of the square, six thin silver stripes and five green stripes alternating on either side of the square, another white stripe divided by the curved green line at the bottom of the square, three more thin silver stripes alternating with three more green stripes, and a thick silver stripe at the bottom of the can. A solid white oval, with scattered green dots within, appears in front of the three green lines at the bottom of the can. Another white oval, with an indent at one end and outlined in blue, appears at the top of the can. The matter shown in broken lines, consisting of the outline of the shape of the can and the cap on top of the can, is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position of the mark.
