Design Mark
The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of packaging for liquid and semiliquid goods, having an elongated, tapered neck and a body that protrudes out from the top of the neck in a dome shape and continues down to a circular base. Horizontal indentations appear around the top of the neck, at the bottom of the tapered neck where it meets the top of the body of the bottle, at the bottom of the dome curvature in the body and above the cylindrical base. A recessed area appears within the cylindrical body between the indentations below the bottom of the dome and above the top of the base. The recessed area is comprised of 5 vertically elongated, generally rectangular recesses spaced evenly around the circumference of the body, with each recess having 2 rounded square bosses arranged vertically within each recess. The gray lining that appears in the recesses, bosses, and in the two indentations in the neck and two indentations in the body of the bottle represent shading and are not claimed as a feature of the mark. The cap, opening of the bottle, and overall bottle shape outlined with a broken line is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
