The mark consists of the word "ROSCH" in horizontal form. The "R", "S", "C", and "H" are block letters appearing in dark blue, and the top of the "R" extends higher than the remaining letters. The "O" is depicted as a gold globe with white lines of longitude and latitude projected onto the globe. The right tail of the "R" extends and twists under the "O" and "S" before turning upward through the "C" and crossing the "H".
