Within an off shape square are 6 various shaped triangles on top of the square and 7 various shaped triangles on the bottom acting as a border. The off shaped square also contains a large horizontal chili pepper with a leaf and stem. Under the off shape square that contains the chili pepper and within the smaller rectangle is the word "Loco" with an underline under the first "o." In the bottom horizontal rectangle is the word "Express," with 3 backward arrow-like triangles placed in front of the word at the top, middle and bottom of the "E.".
