The mark consists of a white shield partially opened at the top and bottom. The frame of the shield is a purple double border. From the top of the shield a purple sword goes down through the center of the shield. A red target is in the center of the shield and overlays the sword. Inside the red target is a design of a cherry with a green stem. The sword divides the shield into four quadrants. In the top left quadrant is the design of a red jester. In the top right quadrant is a three pronged white swirl design on a green background. In the bottom left quadrant is a single white lightning bolt on a green background. In the bottom right quadrant is a design of a red leopard. Directly above the top handle of the shield is the design of purple bear face wearing a pointed purple hat with a white five pointed star on the hat. Neckwear below the bear's face consists of white circles outlined in shades of purple. Flanking the left and right sides of the bear are parallel yellow swirls. On the left side only below the yellow swirl is the design of a yellow key. A purple water drop design partially overlaps the key. On the right side under the yellow swirls, there is also a purple water drop design.
