The mark consists of the stylized words "ASHES & DIAMONDS". "ASHES" and "DIAMONDS" is colored black. The ampersand is colored white and outlined in black. Below this is a vertically oriented rectangle. The top of the rectangle features a red colored sun on a dark blue background. Above the red sun is a rainbow comprised of six bands. From the innermost to the outermost band the colors are pink, green, red, purple, yellow, and pink. The top left portion and upper right portion of the rectangle is colored black. The left base and right base of the rainbow features clouds colored light blue. There is another large light blue cloud at the bottom portion of the rectangle.
