Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a smiling robot predominantly gold, yellow and red in color. The upper portion of the robot is shaped like a tugboat with the robot's face resembling a duck with the bottom portion protruding forward like the bill of a duck. The upper portion of the robot's face is gold in color and varies in shade of gold, resembling wood, with yellow sides, yellow trim, and a green top. A round light gray circle that varies in shade of light gray, outlined in green, resembling a light is centered at the top of the robot's head with a yellow and dark yellow upper shield and two gray bolts at the bottom of the circle. The robot has black oval-shaped pupils with a white fleck at the upper left of each pupil inside green oval-shaped eyes that vary in shade of green. The whites of the robot's eyes are separated by a yellow mask with yellow arches at the top and a yellow center piece. The white of the robot's left eye is larger than the right, and the eyelids of the robot are dark yellow with the left eyelid being longer than the right. The lower portion of the robot's face or bill is yellow with three gold shapes varying in shade of gold and resembling wood on the top of the bill. The mouth is open and trimmed in white with the inside of the robot's mouth being brown with a red tongue. The underside of the robot's head is red with two light red stripes proceeding from the left and right of the edge of the underside, and the torso is a yellow grill with seven brown rectangular-shaped cutouts. The robot's upper legs are black affixed to red oversized feet with yellow bottoms. The left bottom of the robot's leg has a ridge at the top of it that is outlined in dark yellow. Two rectangular elements that are gold in color and vary in shade of gold appear as fronts on the top of each red foot with brown U-shaped designs that vary in shade of brown at the top. The inner part of the U-shaped design is gold in color and varies in shade of gold. The entire U-shaped design resembles wood for each respective color. A brown rectangular shape outlined in red appears on the inside of the robot's left foot. The robot's arms are black with an interior gray stripe. Each arm has a red attachment near the wrist that has three light red vertical stripes and that is also attached to the robot with red pieces at shoulder level. On top of each red attachment is a yellow attachment affixed with a green bolt with two horizontal lines running the length of the attachment from front to back, and the attachment fades from yellow to dark yellow from top to bottom. The yellow attachment on the robot's left arm resembles a fan with a green rim and yellow blades and dark green on the inside of the fan. The center of the fan is green with a black dot. At the end of the yellow attachment on the robot's right arm is a circular shape containing five black circles with a green cover at the top and sides. There are red handles at the bottom of each yellow attachment. The robot's hands and four fingers are yellow with black joints with a red stripe near each wrist. The robot is standing on its left foot, with its right foot raised at an angle towards the back, and with its arms lifted and elbows bent forward. While the mark appears three-dimensional in nature, a configuration of the mark is not claimed.
