The mark consists of a design consisting of two equal semi-circles with its perimeter being a thick band and having an inner circle, with the two semi-circles sliced along its diameter line at an angle tilted towards the right and placed such that the two semi-circles form a slanted broken circle, and with a small diamond shape in the center of the broken circle, followed by the word "NOTOTEC" in stylized italicized font with the letters "N" and "T" in uppercase font.
