The mark consists of the wording "Premier Coil SOLUTIONS". The letter "o" in "Coil" consists of an open circle design with a solid circle design in the center, inside another open circle design with one end of the circle extending in a line up and over the letters "i" and "l" and bending down to form a solid, staight line, parallel to the "l" in coil "Coil", and ending at the base of the "S" in the word "SOLUTIONS". The first letters of "Premier" and "Coil" and written in upper case letters. "SOLUTIONS" is written in all capital letters, and is placed below "Premier" and "Coil".
