The mark consists of a design for packaging, with a border background formed of an outer green inner red border stripe with black images of watermelon seeds; and an innermost black border stripe separated from each other by a central gray segment. The outer green border stipe and the inner red border stipe are separated by a white band. The innermost black border stipe is separated from the central gray segment by a white band. The central gray segment represents a transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. A composite design of the stylized word "ZUMBA" in red and yellow letters outlined in black; the stylized word GOMA in yellow and green outlined in black; and the stylized word SANDÍA in red outlined in black is located on the central gray segment. Two watermelon slice images of the composite design with red meat and green rind are located beside the word SANDÍA on the central gray segment. A portion of a red gum ball is located above the word ZUMBA of the composite design on the central gray segment. The gum ball is surmounted by a portion of a watermelon slice with red meat and a green rind. The stylized words ZUMBA, GOMA and SANDÍA in the same color scheme as used on the central gray segment of the composite design are located on the folds of the label between the central gray segment between images of watermelon slices with red meat and green rind.
