The mark consists of an outline of a cloud with the puffiness thereof appearing on the top and side portions of the outline and a straight line shown extending form a bottom corner of the outline to approximately three quarters of the bottom of the cloud toward an opposite bottom corner of the cloud, the straight line being an uninterrupted extension of the cloud; an arrow pair pointing toward each other and stopping short of meeting each other, the arrow pair also being an uninterrupted extension of the cloud; a first arrow of arrow pair extending diagonally from approximately the opposite bottom corner toward the inside and middle of the cloud; a second arrow of the arrow pair also extending diagonally but from a top corner of the cloud that is located at a side of the cloud that is the same side as where the straight line starts and extending diagonally toward the first arrow, inside and approximately the middle of the cloud and slightly offset from the first arrow.
