The mark consists of a rectangular design which itself incorporates upper and lower rectangular segments. The lower segment features the wording "CONTRACTOR PRICE OPINION" in white stylized stacked lettering, with the word "CONTRACTOR" above the words "PRICE OPINION". The upper rectangular segment features the coined acronym mark "CPO" in large, black stylized capital letters within the center. There are vertical black lines which extend from the top and bottom of letters "C" and "O" to the top and bottom of the upper rectangular design, respectively. There are four black bolt head designs in each corner of the orange upper portion of the design. The lower portion is in black.
