TAKE AWAY

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a kiosk, having an annular outer wall, the outer wall being brown except for a transparent central display case. The outer wall supports a black counter top extending on each side of the transparent central display area. Behind and attached to the black counter top is a gray lower counter top and work area. A central rectangular work table with a matching black top and brown support table is located in the center a workspace enclosed by the annular wall except for an entry opening through the configuration at the end of one wall supported counter top, the opening also defined by one side of a semi annular work space connected to the end of the semi-annular wall opposite the entry space, the semi-annular work space extending upwardly. The kiosk includes white and gray cabinets and drawers with silver handles and a silver sink. The rear part of the kiosk counter top holds two black and gold coffee machines and a gold and black espresso machine. To the left of the coffee machines is a white, brown and black sign depicting coffee beverages, and to the right of the machines is a black and white sign that contains the wording "TAKE AWAY." The broken lines depicting the coffee machines, sink, work table, and signs indicate placement of the mark for the services and are not part of the mark.
