Design Mark
The mark consists of the colors chartreuse and green as applied to the entire hose body of the goods wherein the color chartreuse appears on the entire surface of the body of the hose and the color green appears as a single longitudinal stripe on the hose body of the goods. The color white in the mark is not part of the mark, but is used merely to indicate a functional part of the hose that is not claimed as part of the mark. The dotted outline of the goods is intended to show the position of the mark on the goods and is not part of the mark.
