Design Mark
The mark consists of the stylized letters "NBCOT" and the stylized word "ASPIRE" separated by a lightbulb design. The letters "NCB" appear in dark blue, the letters "OT" appear in orange, and the letter "O" is represented by concentric circles. The light bulb is outlined with curving arrows. Inside the lightbulb are three bent arrows pointing upward, and one straight arrow pointing upward, and the arrows are surrounded by small cog wheels and multi-pointed stars. The left side of the lightbulb contains yellow and orange arrows, cog wheels and stars, the straight arrow in the center of the lightbulb is light blue, and the right side of the lightbulb contains light blue and green arrows, cog wheels and stars. The word "ASPIRE" appears in light blue. The mark appears against a white background but the background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
