The mark consists of an incomplete black rectangle, with white filling in the open spaces at the top and bottom of the rectangle. Inside the rectangle is the number "0" in white. Inside the number "0" are six lines having thicker bottom half. From left to right, the first line is in yellow, the second line is in yellow-orange, the third line is in orange, the fourth line is in orange-red, and the fifth and sixth lines are in red.
