Design Mark
The mark consists of a stylized letter "R", formed by the portions of a parallelogram, more particularly, a rhombus, where all four sides are congruent, which are devoid of color; the parallelogram bearing a general base to height ratio of 89:90, and possessing ABC and ADC angles of 80°, and CAB and DCB angles of 100°, where the upper left corner is A, upper right corner is B, lower right corner is C, and the lower left corner is D. There are three fields of color - two green and one blue. There is a green field in the upper left region of the parallelogram containing the counter to the letter "R". There is a green field in the lower left region of the parallelogram. And there is a blue field in the right half of the parallelogram. The bowl of the letter "R" is defined by the space between the upper left green field and the blue field to the right of the parallelogram; the leg of the letter "R" is defined by the space between the lower left green region and blue field in the right half of the parallelogram; the top shoulder of the letter "R" atop its counter, is visually outside the parallelogram, with the bottom of the shoulder defined by the top of the upper left blue field of the parallelogram; and, the stem of the letter "R" is visually outside the parallelogram, to the left, with the right border of the stem being bordered by both the upper left and lower left green fields of the parallelogram. To the right of the symbol are the words "ROGER / CPA REVIEW". The word "ROGER" is in black, and written in all caps using a Neris Bold Italic font. The letter "R" at the beginning and end of the word has been manipulated so that the bottom right leg of the "R" protrudes straight out, as opposed to the curved leg inherent to the true font. The words "CPA REVIEW" are charcoal grey in color, and written using a Neris Light Italic font. The capital letter "R" at the beginning of the word "REVIEW" has been manipulated so that the bottom right leg of the "R" protrudes straight out, as opposed to the curved leg inherent to the font. The lower case "E" which occurs twice in the word "REVIEW" has been manipulated so that the bar connecting the bottom portion of the eye is a straight diagonal line ascending upward, as opposed to the curved bar inherent to the font. The words "ROGER" and "CPA REVIEW" are separated by a green diagonal bar vertical bar skewed 10° to the right. The color white represents background and is not part of the mark.
