The mark consists of This logo is in black and white. In the middle there is a horizontal black ribbon with the words, ???, in white bubble letters. The ribbon is rounded in the upper right and bottom left, and the ribbon curves into a point in the upper left and bottom right. Set behind the ribbon is a white ring with black edges that is as wide as the "???" lettering but not as wide as the ribbon. The words "HAI PA WANG" are printed in black inside the ring below the black ribbon. The inner and outer circles of the ring both have a thin second ring around them with a small white space between.
