YANKEE DOODLE YD ART STUDIO

The mark consists of a drawing, most parts of which are outlined in black, of the stylized body of a teddy bear, surmounted by a stylized top hat, surrounded by text, all set within a white circle outlined by a black circle. The literal elements are as follows: Beginning at approximately 9:00 within the circle and extending to approximately 3:00, the text "YANKEE DOODLE" in black-outlined white capital letters with a black "depth" effect. Centered at the bottom of the circle, the text "ART STUDIO" in black capital letters appears. Centered within these letters is a stylized drawing of a seated teddy bear wearing a top hat that completely obscures its head. The bear is brown with a light-brown belly. There is a gold shadow on the belly and each of the bear's four paws is shown with four gold pads, one central pad and three small pads. The top hat is white at the brim with a blue band, on which appear, again, outlined in black, a white letter "Y," a white star, and a white letter "D". Above the blue band the top section of the hat consists of five vertical red stripes and four vertical white stripes. Protruding from the point at which the blue band joins the brim of the hat, there is a single purple feather.
