The mark consists of silhouettes of three upright people surrounded by two arrows forming an oval on an angle with the arrows pointing counterclockwise; the top arrow has a bump in the middle where it goes over the middle person's head; a second curved line runs along the bottom of the oval with a thicker portion forming a point away from the oval at the bottom right; the middle silhouette's legs blend in with the second line at the bottom of the oval; the legs of the silhouettes on either side blend in with the arrow forming the lower portion of the oval.
