HEPNOSTIC LABORATORIES

The mark consists of a 2-D stylized phrase "HEPNOSTIC LABORATORIES" and 3- D graphics representing an antibody and a double-helix, the word "HEPNOSTIC" is depicted horizontally from the left-hand side to the right-hand side of the mark, directly below "HEPNOSTIC" is the word "LABORATORIES" having the "L" of "LABORATORIES" directly below the "H" of "HEPNOSTIC", the second "R" of "LABORATORIES" below the "C" of "HEPNOSTIC" and the "IES" of "LABORATORIES" extending to the right hand side of the mark, the entire phrase "HEPNOSTIC LABORATORIES" is in capital stylized font, directly below and parallel to the word "LABORATORIES" is line extending from the "L" of "LABORATORIES" to the "S" of "LABORATORIES" with darker shading on its lower half giving it a 3-D appearance, to the left-hand side of the phrase "HEPNOSTIC LABORATORIES" is a 3-D representation of an antibody shaded to give it a 3-D appearance, the antibody consists of two darker bars and two lighter bars, the darker bars represent the heavy chains of an antibody and the lighter bars represent the light chains of an antibody, the dark bars mirror each other, consisting of obtuse angles, the lower legs of each angle are longer than the upper legs and are attached to each other, the upper legs create a 45 degree angle with each other, together creating an upright darker Y-shaped graphic, where the right-hand side heavy chain is shorter than the left-hand side heavy chain, the lighter bars are parallel and attached to the outside of the upper legs of the Y, one lighter bar on each upper leg, extending from directly below and to the right-hand side of the antibody is a 3-D representation of a double-helix, the double-helix has one lighter DNA strand and one darker DNA strand, the lighter strand begins underneath the heavy chain on the left-hand side and the darker stand beings underneath the heavy chain on the right-hand side, the double-helix extends to the right-hand side below the line and ends between the letters "AB" of "LABORATORIES".
